Key things to know before you buy

We ship only to CONUS. If you place an order with a non-CONUS shipping address, your order will be canceled and refunded minus the Stripe payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30). Stripe retains this fee on refunded transactions and does not return it to us, so it cannot be returned to you. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this fee policy.

Battery Safety & Maintenance: The included lithium-ion solar battery ships with a partial charge. Upon receipt, charge to 50–70% via wall outlet before storing for long-term readiness — you may charge to 100% to verify full capacity, then bring back to 50–70% before sealing. Lithium-ion batteries self-discharge over time; recharge every 6–12 months to prevent permanent capacity loss. Do not store in extreme temperatures (above 113°F / 45°C or below 14°F / -10°C), expose to moisture, puncture, or crush. Damaged or swollen batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Solar Battery — Manufacturer Notices: Do not charge and discharge the solar battery simultaneously; input and output ports should not be connected at the same time, as doing so will reduce product service life and may prevent connected devices from charging. Keep this product dry — rain, moisture, and liquids will corrode electronic components and circuitry. Do not attempt to disassemble this product.
Silica Pack — Manufacturer Notices: Recharge the included indicator silica packs only as directed by the manufacturer. Keep the indicator side facing up during microwave recharge, monitor the packs while heating, and do not exceed the manufacturer's stated heat limit of 210°F. If a pack appears damaged, leaking, or overheated, discard and replace it.

No SIM card is included and no activation code, carrier plan, or cellular service of any kind is provided with this purchase.
This device has been deep-debloated and OS-modified specifically for offline, off-grid use. It is not designed to be used with a cellular carrier, and it is possible that it cannot be used with one. Eastern Shore AI, LLC makes no representation that this device is compatible with any carrier network, SIM card, or cellular service plan.
By completing checkout the buyer acknowledges that this device is purchased for its offline capabilities only, and that the absence of cellular connectivity is not a defect.

No Manufacturer Warranty: All items in this kit are provided "AS IS." Eastern Shore AI, LLC is not an authorized reseller of any included component, and original manufacturer warranties are void. Eastern Shore AI, LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in hardware function and software configuration as delivered.
Device Condition: Every Survival Node is built on a Motorola Moto G Power (2024) — brand new or open box. All units are hand-vetted for battery life, memory performance, and overall suitability prior to shipment. Minor cosmetic wear on open box units is normal and does not constitute a defect.
Software Modifications & OS: Every Survival Node ships with a deep-debloated Android OS, optimized for performance and longevity. 99% of all tracking and battery-draining software is removed in every configuration. This modification voids any remaining manufacturer warranty. Certain mainstream applications — including banking apps, DRM-restricted streaming services, and Google-dependent services — may not function as they do on standard retail devices. All pre-installed software is provided "AS IS."
Product Appearance: Hard storage cases may be sourced from multiple suppliers — interior layout, color, and latch style may differ slightly from the case pictured. The included padlock may also differ in appearance from the lock pictured. All units meet the same functional and software specifications regardless of cosmetic differences.
Packaging: Your Survival Node ships in a standard cardboard box which may display the logo or branding of another company. This is standard supply chain practice — the presence of any third-party logo or brand name on packaging does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation of any kind between that company and Eastern Shore AI, LLC. All trademarks and brand names appearing on packaging are the property of their respective owners.

Emergency Use & No Survival Guarantee: This kit is a preparedness tool. It does not guarantee safety, survival, or operational success in any emergency scenario. AI-generated information is for educational and reference purposes only and must not replace professional medical, tactical, legal, or emergency response guidance.
Solar Charging: The integrated solar panel is not designed to sustain all-day normal phone use. Under emergency conditions — brief, task-focused use followed by powering the device off — solar alone can sustain the kit for an extended period. Full recharge of the solar battery from empty via solar only requires extended direct sunlight; use wall power whenever available to supplement. Power the phone off when not actively in use to maximize solar reserve.

Continental U.S. (CONUS) Only: Orders are only accepted for shipping to the continental United States — meaning the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. CONUS does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any international destination.
Non-CONUS Orders — Refund Minus Stripe Processing Fee: If a buyer submits an order with a non-CONUS shipping address, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the Stripe payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% of the order total plus $0.30). Stripe retains this fee on refunded transactions and does not return it to the seller, so it cannot be returned to the buyer. By completing checkout, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that any non-CONUS refund will be reduced by this fee.
Shipping Regulations: Due to the high-capacity lithium-ion battery and the inclusion of a cellular device, this product ships via USPS or UPS ground transportation only. Air shipping is not available. Order processing takes up to 7 business days (average 1–2 days). Shipping then takes up to 10 additional business days (average 5–7 days) because of the ground-only requirement.
Return & Refund Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a return, contact Eastern Shore AI, LLC through the website contact form within that window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — returns sent without a prior RMA will not be accepted. The device must be in its original functional condition and the operating system must not have been further modified by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items showing physical damage caused after receipt are not eligible for return.
Post-Warranty Service: After the 30-day warranty period, Eastern Shore AI, LLC does not offer repair, replacement, or ongoing service for any included hardware or software component. All products are provided "AS IS" beyond that window. Users requiring continued support may contact Eastern Shore AI, LLC directly to inquire about available service options on a case-by-case basis.

Faraday Bag & EMP Protection: Every Survival Node includes two Faraday bags — one for the phone, one for the solar battery. Protection is only effective when devices are fully enclosed and the bag is correctly folded and sealed per manufacturer instructions. Punctures, improper sealing, material degradation, or extreme events beyond tested parameters may reduce or eliminate protection. Eastern Shore AI, LLC makes no guarantee of protection against any specific electromagnetic threat or event.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eastern Shore AI, LLC disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Eastern Shore AI, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use these products — including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or adverse emergency outcomes.
User Responsibility: By purchasing this kit, the buyer confirms they are 18 years of age or older and accepts full responsibility for the lawful use, safe storage, routine maintenance, and updating of all included hardware and software.
Right to Refuse & Order Cancellation: Eastern Shore AI, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel any order, or decline a return at its sole discretion — including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, address verification concerns, supply constraints, or reasonable belief that the device will be used for unlawful or harmful purposes. In the event of a pre-shipment cancellation, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Eastern Shore AI, LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information at any point in the transaction. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Eastern Shore AI, LLC is not responsible for transaction errors, payment holds, or disputes initiated through the payment processor.
