Standalone Device Warranty, Terms, and Disclaimers

These terms apply when purchasing an optional standalone mini computer with your OpenClaw setup.

What’s Included

  • Mini computer hardware in selected configuration (8GB or 16GB).
  • OpenClaw installation and baseline hardening/setup.
  • 30 days of technical support for setup-related issues.
  • 90-day limited hardware warranty from delivery/setup date.

90-Day Limited Warranty

  • Covers hardware defects and failures under normal use.
  • Remedy is repair, replacement, or equivalent credit at Eastern Shore AI’s discretion.
  • Buyer must notify Eastern Shore AI within the 90-day window.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Accidental damage, misuse, liquid exposure, power surge, neglect, theft, or unauthorized modification.
  • Software issues caused by user-installed third-party tools, packages, scripts, or OS changes after delivery.
  • Consumables, cosmetic wear, data loss, or external network/provider outages.

Service + Support Terms

  • 30-day technical support covers installation/configuration questions and reasonable troubleshooting related to delivered setup.
  • New feature requests, major redesigns, on-site visits, and unrelated IT work are outside included support and may be billed separately.
  • Customer is responsible for backups and safeguarding credentials before and after setup.

Returns, Cancellations, and Liability

  • Orders may be canceled before provisioning; fees may apply once hardware procurement or setup work has started.
  • Returns may require original packaging and all included accessories; approved return shipping terms are case-by-case.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastern Shore AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, or data loss.

By purchasing the standalone device add-on, customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, warranty limits, and support boundaries.
